Why do we ask?

Some lenders use homeowner status as one part of their eligibility checks, depending on the funding route, business circumstances and supporting paperwork. Asking does not mean a charge will be taken over your home. If any option involved property security, we would explain that clearly before you chose whether to proceed.

Business bank statements

Most lenders ask for the latest three complete months of business bank statements. Providing them now can speed up the first review, but you can still submit your enquiry without uploading them.
